I was reading the manual and it recommends "cleaning and conditioning" the  rubber roof material twice a year.    What products are you guys using?  Anything recommended or to stay away from?

Just wondering now that things have been out for a bit if there is any more talk about roof cleaning. Now I need to check my owners manual.

So I bought some roof cleaner /conditioner yesterday and I'm about to go out and clean the roof. How do they expect you to reach the middle areas? Will the roof support me? I'm about 190# and not sure. I'll go out and look at the owners manual.

I would think it would be ok.  I was on my roof and I weigh 240.  I just made sure I moved around gently.

I use a round brush that attaches to a painters pole! Work great!

I use simple green or Fantastic on stubborn spots. When it's nice and dry I will put on a coat of Meguirs Gold wax.  8)
