Dare I say, doubles. :-
Jan's 2010 4 cyl - 6 speed auto Fusion pulls the Passport Hybrid and kayaks behind it with ease and gets 40 mpg. LOL
No really, the kayak trailer / kayaks get pulled by the Fusion and it still gets 32 mpg.

John - Is that a 19 footer?
BikenDan is correct, they list it in the spec as a 20'-8", but I would consider it something around a 19 or an 18, or maybe even a 17. Inside the clear space is around 17'-6" and outside from back to the longest part at the radius in the front its around 18'- 6". I think that is where they came up with the 185E that they call it. I had to make a compromise. Really wanted the what they called the 235 which was around 23 or so but could not come to grips with the GVW and tongue weight of it. My TV has 220,000 + miles and that was pushing it I think. Too many mountains here. I want to get another year or two out of the TV before I end up with another truck payment, which I have been able to avoid for 11 years. Some people knock Aerolite/Dutchmen but I looked at about all of em and I would really like to know where the quality difference is. I can't find it. The thing is rock solid as far as I'm concerned. It just has all the same small issues that all of them are going to have. I even had a guy one night tell me he did not buy the Aerolite, didn't like it he bought the Coleman 184 and he had to go to the other side of Ohio somewhere to get it. I should have told him it is the same exact thing as the Aerolite, made in the same factory by Dutchmen, and the only difference is the decals and wheels and most likely the price. I don't know if its because of the tandem axle or what but I can't really tell the weight difference between this and our pup. The Aerolite dry is 3652 and the Palomino we had was 1850 and change. Even though this one is a 2011 they changed there floor plans / models sometime recently and now they call them the shuttle 185E.
