I guess I'm part of the Georgia crew. I definitely see lots of familiar names here. Thanks for cluing me in on where everybody went! I don't know if I'm "migrating" from the other site, but I thought I'd at least check in and look around. I like the ability to pick (and change) my own avatar. 8) The other site didn't have enough boomerang options. So, here's our campsite from the last rally. Nothing fancy, but lots of fun for the family!
Still want to do airbags to help out the sag on the back end of the Ody.
Say, DW and I were talking last night about camping during Thanksgiving week? Maybe doing Vogel State Park to be relatively close to DMIL and DFIL in Dahlonega. Anyone else going to be out in North GA that week? The alternative would be head to a FL beach. Would miss DMIL's Thanksgiving dinner, though. :'(

we haven't necessarily given up on the other place, but it sure does seem a whole lot more laid back and relaxed here. isn't that what camping is all about?
glad to see you all here....we'll start organizing the spring rally soon! Hope Joe gives us permission to use the logo up there, I LOVE the look of it with the camping accessories as some of the letters....pretty cool!

Hi there...we been here on this site for a few weeks but have not been on it alot. We have camped the last three years for Thanksgiving. Last year we surprised our friends from the PORTAL (KDUGAN). We planning to have Thanksgiving with them this year...camping near by at Blue Springs SP near Deland FL. We then spend the week after Thanksgiving at Tomoka SP in Ormond Beach FL. This is usually our final trip of the season and our longest.
This is our new tradition that we have started 😉

Next weekend is a camping weekend for us but Dolores is helping with a wedding. We really like Doll Mtn and if we could we would be there 🙂
