Well the yellow snow can be found where ever you make it...  I have a simple recipe for making yellow snow... 

take 4 cups of fresh unused snow (really the more the better)
divide the snow up equally into highball glasses. set in fridge
Use 1 can of your favorite lemonade, mix as per the directions on the can, minus 1 can of water. 

Pour lemonade mix slowly into the snow filled glasses.
places glasses into the freeze for about 20-30 minutes.
Remove glasses and serve yellow snow cocktails to your guests... 

OR.....

Just drink a bunch of cheap bear and go pee in the snow bank... but do not serve this to your guests..    ;D
