Yes, Joe, this is a "nice and cozy" site and Joe Camper is tip-top for helping us run ourrallies off here. We are having another Southeastern Rally at Lake Allatoona in Acworth, GA, on Sept. 6-8 if you care to join us. Check out the Group Rallies tab up top and find us there. This will b our 3rd full rlly (we had a mini one a couple of years ago to start the ball rolling), and we've got a nice goup of folks from all over if they are within driving distance. Hope you can make it, too!

I guess I needed to proofread my last post above with all the missing letters. I don't know about you, but when I'm on CC, my keyboard letters jam. I'm hitting them, but they are not working! Sorry. At least I'm here, but the missing letters should be answering the question: Where are ya? 🙂

Welcome Joe! Wiz, I would love to see a caravan drive to the Southeast Rally from Florida! Ridenred, I don't know why Steve A has not put you and Joe on the map yet. I guess he is busy with the end of the school year stuff! Be patient, I am sure they will before to long.  ;D

Crispy, I'm trying to get you on the map, but the map's not cooperating at the moment.

We are in Batesville, Arkansas. Recently joined the world of pop-up camper owners and returned from our first camping experience. We have a 1998 Coleman Clipper and love it.

lisamatthews!  Welcome and glad to have you with us.  If you have lived in Batesville for a long time, you may know my family from my mother's side: Benjamin Galloway was my great-grandfather who passed away at age 96. He  was the grandson of full-blooded Cherokees who dropped off the Trail of Tears into Arkansas on the way from Georgia. His grandmother and her sister were well known as the "old grannies" who were the midwives and healers for many of the country people in Batesville and Sandtown. Some of my aunts and uncles were born in Batesville (Salkeld), and I have a lot of great memories from our family reunions and get-togethers over at the White River spillway plus a fantastic rock and mineral collection started at the quarry and gravel pit "hill" if it's there anymore.

Gotcha, Bob.  Is that "Boomer" as in SSBNs, perchance?  By the way, Beerlifter is also in Norman.
