After a long discussion between the DW and I we have decided to keep our popup and put moving to a hybrid on the back burner. I have a couple of mods in mind that I want to do. I want to know what is your favorite mod that you have done? Maybe some pointers and ideas!

The 2 mods my DW enjoys the most are bunk end shelves and a faucet sprayer. Mine are a built-in DVD player and a central switch panel.

My tentative list of mods
1. Remove sink and stove, we never use it.
2. Turning bank of drawers on right side into a storage cabinet with hinged lid.
3. Creating a better sleeping area where dinnet is for DD.
4. Bike rack - either on back (building new back bumper) or on top.
5. Turning axle over and installing bigger tires.
6. Installing awning - popup doesnt have one.
