They have it listed for $7000 and nada book value with options is in the low $8000 range.

The new one would be from lazy days, same floor plan but more than 2x the price of the used with tax tag title. 

Oh what to do?

The ad/ seller states is was barely used and stored inside their garage, it was used at a TV resort about 70 miles down the road a"hand full of times each year"

I am new to owning a camper but grew up camping, started in an a ache hard side pop up, then coachman class c, honey bravo class c, sun lite tt, and a high low are what my parents have owned, and I have used growing up.

I am now 32 with 2 boys(1,3) and we will be glamping at ft wilderness most of the time
My tv is a 2007 Nissan Xterra, I put Firestone ride rite bags on it, and have a p3 brake controller.
And have towed my dads 22 ft high low around the neighbor hood a few times before we found water damage and sold it before we were going to use it for the first time last year,
