I was going through some older emails last week and saw an ad/coupon from Staples online for a 6' banner for $19.99, regular price around $75
I played around on their site selecting a style, own photo (1.6M in size), and text.
I submitted my option and received a warning that my photo choice size was too small "and may not provide good results".  I figured for $20.00 I'll take a chance.
Next step was the "options" option.  Turns out this vinyl is suited for indoors only.  For another $9.95 or so I could get an outside vinyl banner.  Okay, another $10, no biggie.
Next available option was reinforced plastic grommets.  No thanks, I'll add my own brass ones.  Add some tax money, and maybe, but I'm not sure, shipping, and I was out the door under $40.
Today the banner was delivered.  I must say I AM TRULY PLEASED.  Nay, make that, WE are truly pleased.  The left side has a picture I took of the Apache Roamer attached to the Ford Ranger last summer it a stop in Redmond, OR enroute our Apache Round Up near Sequoia NP.  The main line says CAMP ARMSTRONG.  Under that, in smaller print, We're Packed For Adventure

I saw Staples stores have a banner deal this week.  You might want to check into it.
