Many people think the lad will be named after British Royalty. You know: John, Paul, George, Ringo, Mick................

It seems throughout America I'm a minority.  I don't care.  I didn't care when William was married and I didn't care when William was born.  Heck, I don't even think I cared when Chuck and Di got married and I could well have been living in the UK at the time, I don't remember.

We shed the yoke of the monarchy almost 240 years ago.  Let go of it, people!  Geeze!  Okay, I'm off the soapbox.

The only births I cared about in the UK were those of my first three children, Dyann, born in Dundee in 1976, Daniel, born in Montrose in 1977 and Heather, also born in Montrose in 1979.  My fourth, Nikola, was born in the parking lot of Portsmouth Naval Hospital in 83.  She never quite made it to the maternity ward.
