I bumped into  the Canvass Campers GNOME  in an undisclosed location in northern NJ warming his buns by the fire on a cold winter day. He told me he can't wait to get out to the spring opener at French Creek in March. He may actual make a few more undisclosed appearances between now and then. How can you tell it's really the canvass campers gnome? well just look closely at his reflection in the fire!

Is the Gnome related to the Elf on the Shelf? Very funny, Jonathan.

Happy New Year to all. My your buns turn golden! 😀

Makes me wonder where the Georgia Gnome (not to be confused with the GA Dome!) is. He was summarily given in adoption via door prize drawing to a camper family at one of our Southeast Group Rallies along with a cute little book on gnome living. Wonder if this one from NJ is related. 😮

Judy, I forgot all about the Georgia Gnome, until you mentioned it.  Wonder if he'll show up for the fall rally?

I hear he left the state because he showed his behind to some trick or treaters. He might have gone to the land of taxes.  Chief

If the Gnome is on the lam, I wonder what he will do for Thanksgiving.

I saw the gnome on a FaceBook weather report from New York.

It looks like he froze something off.
