After de ainterizing i found water under hot water tank. Than i dried it up filled the freshwater tank and ran with pump watching hoes is no leak went out this morning and found water what is going on

Maybe condensation?  Did you pull the anode rod?  If so, maybe that's not in tight enough and it's a VERY slow leek around the threads.

Open the area where the water heater is. 99% of the connections to the top and bottom are a plastic nut that pulls a silicone washer flat against the copper fitting from the pex side of the lines.

Unscrew it gently, pull it all the way off, then HAND TIGHTEN only it back on. I have to do that to mine every few years (had too this year).
