We upgraded to a Flagstaff HW27KS Highwall with slideout. I think the dealer gave use the wrong instructions when they demo'ed when opening to pull out the slide first, then the bunk ends and when closing, bunk ends first, then the slide.
When I look at the slide there are wheels on the top ends of them and I see when looking inside after closing, they are support the bunk ends.
So (forgetting the need to pull out the slide canvas before open and closing), I think it needs to be:
Setup: Bunks ends out first (So it can use the roller for support), then pull out slideout
Breakdown: Push in slideout, then push in bunk ends.
A check of the Forrest River forums has it both ways...
