I like to work on my popup and sometimes just sit in it and smell the canvas between trips.  Does anyone else leave there popup open between trips?

Yes. Luckily, I can put it almost all the way up in the garage.

Whenever we are getting ready for a trip or coming back from one we will usually leave it open for a few days before and up to a week after. Sometimes I will just open her up and the DW and I will sit in there and relax, read or just talk without the DS or dog bothering us!!

I let mine up for a couple weeks after our last outing.  The boys liked it and did some driveway camping.

Mine has been open since October, and I'm pushing myself to close it this week - although I just heard my kids are coming up to visit - that spare house has been very nice.

In the eighteen years I had Coleman/Fleetwood pups, During camping season, they were set up in the yard or on the campsite.
The only time they were down for was for winter or an occasional bad storm..

I do most of the cooking on the indoor stove so i put it up so it can air out inbetween camping trips. i have camped in the driveway a couple times. it is nice just to sit in it and relax with no animals around and just drink a cold one. 😀
