I opened up my Coleman Westlake a few weeks ago and discovered that mice had chewed several small holes in the "canvas" on the one bunk end. Apparently my camper makes cozy mouse beds during the off season. I've been reading different things about repairs and am not surprised to find this is a common problem. It looks like some people use an iron on cloth patch and others use a canvas patch from Walmart or similar and attach it with a particular adhesive. Some glued, some sewn, not sure what the best repair is now?
Sunbrella material
Weathermax material
Having ripped my Sunbrella on the first day of owning my first Popup (SeaPine), I learned very quickly how to repair that easily. Tear-Aid is a double sided backing solution, that works wonderfully. I patch 3 very large rips where the bunk ends caught the material when pushing it. When I traded the unit in 3 years later, the dealer had no idea I patched it until I pointed it out to them.
I picked up a kit at Dicks sporting goods at the time, but I have also seen it in Walmart in the sporting good section.

The tear-aid tape should work great for a tear but might not work for a hole.
He is a guy who sell squares of sunbrella for cheap. There are also good repair pictures.
