I need an idea for a trip in late July early August within a 3 hour drive of Chester County PA. Any ideas? I would like a water feature for a 3 1/2 year old that we could walk to from the campsite. I didn't see any Rallies for August that I'm missing right?

I forgot about Frances Slocum. That is a possibility. My BIL wants to "get away" so I told him I'd go camping. I'll have to see how far away from Frances Slocum he is.
Cindy, Hibernia has possibilites. I could take my boat there and you could Kayak. Would you pitch your tent as well? I could take a video of how 1 person does it 🙂

That's exactly what I was thinking on the boating. It's lighter than a camper, right? Or your BIL could come to Hibernia and tow it if Francis Slocum doesn't work for you.
Hmm, video of me setting up the tent alone. It seems like it would be half of it with my butt in the camera, the other half would be me forgetting and redoing things. After all, it's no fun if you set up the tent in the right direction the first time.
I will make the suggestions to him, he may want to go someplace else. I haven't heard from my BIL yet and he may not take me up on the offer....He is having girl troubles and that is why he wants to get away, but he doesn't like my suggestion of finding another fish in the sea and to never ever go back to an ex (this would be the third time for her :banghead: ). I told him I wouldn't harass him about her but you know the saying "Young and dumb...."
I promise the video of you setting up the tent won't be all butt shots. Forgetting and redoing things.....that's your call.
