I just found this article Every February Yosemite Waterfall turns to Lava . It turns out it isn't actually Lava but the setting sun hitting a particular waterfall at a particular time. This seems really cool. I doubt I will ever be able to check this out. The only time I expect to get to Yosemite would be in about 10 years and during Nathans school break in the Summer. This takes place during February.
I always thought waterfalls were awesome. The power and beauty they possess. The roar they make is just awesome.
