Do you need to balance trailer tires?  Is there any reason to rotate them?

Not really and no. I know some people do balance trailer tires, but I've owned a number of trailers over the years and never had the tires balanced and never felt the need.

I have asked my dealer service techs about balancing and they have both said it really doesn't make any difference to the trailer - save the money.

I agree, you don't need to balance or rotate your tires.

Good to know! I have 2 more tires to have mounted. Had to change a very pregnant tire en route to a camp ground. Thankfully, someone stopped me prior to delivery and I was able to find a nice shaded level spot to do the changing. That one got replaced the next day so I was sure to have a spare to return home with. Since the tire place had 2 more of the right size and price ($36 each), I bought them, too.
