Is it worth greasing bearings or should I just replace them?

Dexter Axle (and Starcraft) call for replacing the seals and re-packing the hubs annually or every 12,000 miles. I put a lot of road miles on the previous pup (before gas prices went beserk) and replaced the bearings once - and I'm gong to estimate that was around 50,000 miles.

Don't you have to pack new bearings too.
