I have!
I went to NAPA to buy the parts and the fellow made a call to the warehouse to see if they were in stock. He made a list of part #'s and prices. They also had the backing plates w/everything mounted sitting on the shelf. It was less $ to buy as a unit than part-by-part.
It was an easy decision and an easy job.
