Hello all, I have a 2006 Starcraft RT11. It has the off road package and large off road tires. It has Dunlop Radial Mud Rover LT235-75-R15 tires on it. They are the original and are starting to dry-rot and crack. Time for new ones. Has anyone had any experience with replacing these? Do I have to replace with the same? The appear to be a truck/suv off road tire, can I replace them with any truck tire the same size? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, the LT is a light truck tire, and if they have an aggressive tread, they are probably an all terrain(AT) or off road style tire. If you want something quieter, look for an LT235/75R15 HT tire which signifies highway tread. There are different load ranges, but that is the only thing to really look for.

Thanks for the input. I was thinking about going with the BF goodrich all terrain T/A, it has 1985lb load rating. I had them on an old 4x4 years and had good luck with them. They also dont seem as aggressive as whats on there now.
I dont really take it off road, only on the dirt and gravel roads at the camp grounds.
