My TW has some sag and sway with our new hybrid camper and I want to upgrade to a weight distribution hitch.  There are so many weight distribution hitches that I don't know what to buy?  What should I be looking for and staying away from?

it would help if you posted what hybrid TT you now have and what your tow vehicle is and its specs.
i have a Roo 23SS and tow it with an Avalanche. i love my 4-point Equal-i-zer WDH. cost me about $400 from RVW.

I also have an Equalizer and it works well. We have a Jayco X23F and tow with a Yukon XL.

Best Regards,

I have the Reese dual cam on a Palomino S-23BH towed by an F150.  We pulled it 1/2 yr with a sway bar & weren't happy. Switched to the dual cam & have been pleased under every condition for 6 years.

another equalizer owner here. Got mine because of a recommendation from a friend with a 32ft TT. Our HTT is only 25ft but this hitch works great. I've been tinkering with the adjustments since I bought a new to me TV and think I finally have it right. Will know for sure in the spring when I'm rolling again

I tow a 22" travel trailer with a Chrysler Town & Country.
I have a Reese SC hitch. It combines weight distribution and sway control.
I like this hitch over the equalizer because it is silent, has six way sway control and uses automotive type brake pad material for the sway control.
You can back up and turn sharp with out removing the trunnion bars, and does not hang low below the A-Frame.
  My 2 cents

Following this thread, I need to purchase one.  I completely understand how they work and why you need them, now I need to understand the differences.
