Morning Vern,
I like "Juicy Lucy's" or, as I call 'em "Inside Out Burgers".
Make 2 3 or 4oz patties per burger.
Stuff with crushed cooked bacon and bleu cheese (bleu stands up better for taste)
Lay bottom burger patty down, cover almost to edge with bleu cheese and crushed bacon (or other "toppings of choice)
Seal with top patty. Crimp edges all around to keep from leaking.
Season with salt and pepper and grill/broil to your liking.
