South Seas Tuna

For each serving:
    1 4- to 6-oz Tuna steak
    2 Pineapple Rings
1/2 Mango, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 fresh Lime

Prepare a double thickness of heavy duty foil 12 inches square. Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.

Place the tuna in the center of the foil. Place the pineapple rings on top of the tuna, and mango on top of pineapple. Drizzle juice of 1/2 of the lime on top.

Seal the foil tightly.

Cook on grill over medium heat for 10 to 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.

Serve out of foil or on plate. Add more fresh lime juice if desired.
