We tried a new crockpot recipe this evening and really liked it. It has a 5-10 min prep time and would be great for camping.

It's definitely added to our list of camping meals. The kids said I'd have to double the recipe for a potluck because so many people would like it.

We will be trying this one. Looks really good & not too mixed together like a stew, which some of the men in this house do not like.
