My son who is in the 6th grade needs a recipe for food from the Country of Chad.  Can anyone suggest a simple recipe that would be at least tasted by 6th graders?  If not, it looks like millet will be the dish of the day.

Wow, Chad.  I have never heard of that country before.  I did a report on Missouri in 6th grade.  Sorry, I can't help you.  But you can ask me about the arch in Missouri if you want 🙂  ......Actually that was a long time ago.  I don't remember much

Chad...that's a new one.

I did a quick search and found a website with some recipes that look easy. I'd look at the dessert recipes, I saw one for a frozen lemon ice which looked really easy for a 6th grader - as long as you have a freezer at school.

Sorry, can't help you there.  The only family I have that works in Africa is in Guinea and the only other cuisines I know of Africa are extremely southern or west coast.

Yeah I know it's a tough one.  His name is Chad, thats how he ended up with that country.  I'll show him the ones from wiki.  Thanks for the suggestions.

The Arch is pretty cool, I was there twice as a scout on the way to Philmont.
