So we were grilling chicken today, and I went to baste the sauce on for the last 10 minutes or so.
My 11 yo goes inside to get the BBQ sauce, said he could not find it, but instead brought me out a bottle of french dressing and a bottle of red russian dressing and asks
"what about these?"
I thought about it for a minute, and said why not?!

the dressing glazed itself over the crispy skin, and it just added so much flavor !

Sometimes the best meals are made by accident.
As a Boy Scout we made chicken soup. Someone forgot the noodles or we added extra, I don't remember. We had Spagetti noodles and we added some. Actually we added too much (hey, we were a bunch of kids cooking). It turned into what we called Chicken Spaghetti. There was virtually no broth but it was sooooo good. We purposely made it a few times after that.
