When camping, the food is part of the fun.  What spice and seasoning you can't camp without?
We always have the garlic, the pepper mill, season salt and a steak sauce.

Salt, Pepper, Season Salt, Old Bay (not my favorite), Montreal Steak and Chicken, Salad and Veg Supreme, Olive Oil and a full array of Weber seasonings.

The single most important seasoning is...
kosher salt

Followed by fresh rosemary.

Hot Shot pepper, Garlic, Season salt, and Tabasco w/garlic (a must for my sausage gravy)

Tony Chachare ( we call it "green stuff" ) kosher salt, black pepper and garlic powder..don;t leave home with out it :chef:
