I am often trying to find real deals to share.  Great reason to check the site daily!
Etrailer and other sites were selling this unit for $220 and higher.

Got my power tongue jack installed today. Simple installation and it works great. I'm one step closer to being what my DD calls a "pansy camper"  ;D

Did mine last evening.... Would have been a 15 minute job, but I needed to gind the bottom plate shaft hole about 1/32" wider diameter. It was just too tight, couldn't get it to seat all the way down. Total time to install - 35 minutes.

Love it, now to make a quick bag cover to go over the head to protect it from bad weather.

I've had the bulldog 4000 jack going on three years now with a lot of use.
Seems to be better than most of the others I have had in the past.
2 more years of warranty still left... No one else has a 5 year warranty...

I absolutely LOVE mine. Its fast, its powerful and its one less thing to crank and fiddle with. Plus I get about 6" more to raise that I didin't have before. Helps to get it on my Truck Hitch when its sitting high. (I have a gravel driveway and have to go over a hump).

i've never read of anyone regretting buying one, outside of a few with warranty issues.

I got one and love mine too. It's plenty powerful enough and sure makes hitching and unhitching from the Equalizer hitch so much easier.

Yep - that too. Bars slide in so easily now.
