I don't know if this helps but to lube the lift system in my pop up (older Viking) i removed the brake light assembly with 4 screws located directly next to my crank area and was able to reach in and do everything that way. but my lights are recessed into the body of my camper so they have a cut out i don't know if yours does on that model.
I have a jayco and all of the lift cables are inside the camper behind the cabinets. While it keeps them from being damaged, it is a pain to access. Yes, I would have to remove all the cabinets to do anything.
That being said, is there anything you want to change while you have them out? Now would be the time to run new electrical or plumbing if you need it too.
