I have regular heated mattress pads you would use in your house, not RV specific. They are wonderful! Think ours are Sunbeam. They fit standard mattresses, have digital control box. Measure the top of your bunk mattress, go to the store, measure the top of the pad.

You should be able to find them on sale soon if not already. I wouldn't buy them unless they are on sale, but to each his own.

Joe,
We have used regular home heated mattress pads in the HTT for some time now.
They are great!  So good in fact we have them at home also.  I recommend the ones with dual controls on double, queen, king sizes.  This may prevent some squabbles, lol. They may even extend your camping season into early spring and late fall.
See here for more: heated mattress pads
Good Luck and Happy camping.

Have Heated Matresses in the HTT.  Love them.  Had Matress pad on PUP bed, dual control.  One hint,,,turn either on an hour ahead of time, pull blankets up, then place your duffel bags or whatever on the bed, so that the blankets are pressed down on the bed.  This warms up the blankets too.  Otherwise you crawl into warm matress, cool blankets.

We have had the top-of-line queen pad twin remote control, by Sunbeam, for a couple weeks now (@ home) and like it.  3 heating zones per side, 10 heat levels each, preheat button per side.  @ home, only need level 1 or 2 to stay warm with window open, anything over that is therepeutic.  Web Link is in the above post.

Last 10 years in the camper, we have used a dual zone Sunbeam electric blanket.,  Only have needed to plug it in on those extra cold nights under the canvas.

Sunbeam having a great sale now, free shipping and comparable to Amazon prices, direct from them.  Don't expect 2 day shipping, though.
