O.K., this is what I hate about camping in a pup...

We enjoyed our popup for the few years we had it...  But we also seemed to have a mess inside because of a lack of storage space...

As our family grew in the last few years, the popup wasn't going to cut it.  We needed more space.

We liked the ability to store the camper at our house, but we only have about 25' of parking space.  Most TTs in that length didn't afford much floor space for our "family" (dogs).

We decided a hybrid would meet our needs.  Ours is towards the larger end of hybrids, but the floorspace, inside storage and outside storage is WAY better than what our popup had.

It's really nice to be able to store cooking and other necessary items in the camper and not in bins.  And, food items can be put into the cabinets/fridge without having to "popup" the roof.  We just walk in...

Oh yeah, three queen sized beds... And a bathroom are nice too...

Lots of space for lots of stuff...

With all the beds open, there is a TON of space for our dogs to park themselves (would work nice for kids too).  We've done a few overnights with just one bunk open.  And in a pinch, our sofa opens large enough for my wife and I to sleep on it (we are normal sized people).

I know there will be others who will advise to jump straight to a TT, but we have found that the hybrid affords us a TON of space without the larger cost to have to store it somewhere and the weight to pull.  Although we have a tow vehicle that is capable of much larger, our camper could be pulled with a properly equipped 1/2 ton pu.

Ok... That's my sales pitch.  And no, I don't work for any of the manufacturers..  🙂

Happy Camping!

That is why I put my daughters play tent underneath the back bunk when we went to Disney. We put all our extra bins in there and it took away the clutter we were used to.
