Another great season opener, and considering we had no prep time, no problems. We might be getting good at this. Glad to see everyone again. Since we never actually go home after a rally ends, this time we ended up going through Valley Forge.

Thanks to all for another fun Spring Opener at French Creek. It was great catching up with some familiar faces & nice to put real names & screen names to new ones! We live less than 20 miles from the park & they had none of the weather at home like we had at FC on Saturday.
We'd like to join you at Promised Land, but with high school track season, prom season, & sprucing up the house for a college graduation, next month is going to be quite busy. Hopefully, we'll catch up with you somewhere later down the line.
Rally photos can be uploaded here and I'll put them in an website album for everyone to share.

This was fantastic reading all the great things and especially watching Lone Lock's lesson on brownies. (I goofed fudge one time by putting in 1/2 C. salt instead of 1/2 tsp., so I sympathize!)
Makes me more anxious for our Southeastern Rally to hurry up and get here! We're starting countdown mode for sure.
For those of you who want to see some of the difference in the weather we have had during the spring opener over the years here is a video from last year. It was Mariska Hargaty's first trip with us and first trip with the pup. This is a vid of people helping her figure out the awning. The sun was shining, people were in shorts and T-shirts. This year was just as fun....just with a little snow.

I really enjoyed seeing everyone persevering! Everyone looked bundled up appropriately with the big smiles and thumbs up!
Our Southeastern Rally is fast approaching and the weather just keeps getting colder! At least we see one can still have a great time even with snow on the ground. All our spring blossoms are out and the squirrels have put back on their fuzzy vests!
