Here is the call for some tables.....we need 5 of them, who has them and can bring them?

As usual we will bring the large canopy to put everything under.

We will also take care of the 4ft bar table used for coffee as well as the 40 cup pot and supplies.

Cindy... If you never take your camping stuff out of your car, does that mean you drive an RV?

If you have been on a rally with my son and I you have seen this request before..... Please take a look at the ingredients for your pot luck dish, if it has peanuts please note it so I don't feed it to my son. He is allergic to peanuts.  Please don't change what you are bringing, I just need to know not feed it to him.

Thank you

Ok so unfortunately we can not bring a table as all our garage sake stuff is on it waiting to be sold at the next yard sale in Oct.  but we can provide an easy up and if there is anything needed for the coffee we are more than will to help with that and anything else we need.

Hey Mike and Dawn, 1/2 and 1/2 for coffee is always appreciated since multiple days of it is a refrigerator challenge (Pint size)

What kind of good stuff is on your table? Any power wheels or camping stuff?

No sorry nothing of that nature. Household items, cameras, computer cords and wires and such.

I have two 6 foot tables i will bring. All I know is between the ride this past weekend and selling our house I have no idea when or how I will get ready for this weekend. I am pretty sure I will be winging it and just happy to make it.

Mike,

I remember how stressful it is selling a house, I hope you relax this weekend and enjoy yourself.

Looks like my wife won't be going on this trip but my BIL will be joining me.

It would be really cool to have name tags/table markers for each item. The names are just as important and the product.

Name cards for the pot luck beats my menu.....after people added descriptions I was going to print it out on a piece of big paper.

Tonights to do list is tombstone making.
