Our plans are to have the group gathering site in the front half of the site and decorate the back half.
The decorating is being headed up by LoneLock, samebutdifferent and mdbaird76. It will include an entry fence, coffin, fog machine and much more. I have a fog machine and chainsaw. Please bring your decorations to include.
Kids activities are being run by Elmira Fudd, Mrs LoneLock and EwwwwBugs. Painting pumpkins and other crafts if you have any suggestions, ideas or what to help... let Elmira know.
The campground will have the times for their activities tomorrow and they will be included in our handout when you arrive.
We are not planning to have a haunted house for two reasons. First, trick or treating is in the afternoon during the daylight so the haunted house would be much harder. Second, Phil and Pete aren't going to be here.

Coffee in the mornings, Potluck Saturday at 6pm and big campfires as usual.
Lights and fog from behind the coffin....awesome
I tried to make my coffin but lets just say id didn't happen. I will get my tombstones out of the attic tonight and grab some of my BIL's halloween stuff. I also need to try and fix my fog machine....you can never have too much fog 😛 I had to do this repair last year before this trip but I didn't get it done and I thought I had 12 months to fix it and here I am 4 days before I go and I haven't fixed it

You can have too much fog... inside. Just ask CampingPhil and Chefpete
I'm sorry I haven't posted what I'm bringing, I was overwhelmed with work and nerves about the bike ride this past weekend. Now that that's complete I just have to deal with work for a few more days and then RALLY TIME!! WOO! :jig: I'll look at what's bring brought and post something ASAP.
Matt, I've only bought dry ice in the 5-7 lbs brick form to keep a cooler as a freezer during extended stays. We kept it wrapped in the brown paper, so we never got the fog effect to any noticeable extent. If you do buy it, make sure you have a piece of cardboard on the inside bottom of your cooler so the ice doesn't crack your cooler. Sorry I can't be more help in the recreational use of dry ice. I didn't even know they sold it in pellet form.
I finally figured out what I am going to bring.....Bread. But I'm going to try cooking it in a Dutch Oven. I found THIS website which should help. But I think I may buy a loaf of italian bread as well just in case something goes wrong :chef:

looks like im going to bite the bullet and take the New Jersey turnpike to the PA turnpike to get to this rally probably going to cost me about 25.00 each way in tolls its a stick up with out a gun lol uuuugh! They dont have a camper class toll they charge you as if your a full size truck with 4 axels. If i take 287 to 78 west it will only cost me 1.00 in tolls, but it will be anywhere from 30-50 minutes more of a trip on an allready 2.5 hour drive depending on traffic :turtle:
