I booked but forgot to post. Site 166.

I'll bring my Kayak for the trip. What is there to do in the area besides the water?  That might be worth adding a day to that trip.

Not sure if we're attending this yet but if we happen to be at our seasonal site that weekend, we may stop down and say hello.  ;D

Pics of many sites.  The ones that don't have site #'s, but do have canvas campers members, can be identified based on that rally. By following this link to Trout season 2013.  https://canvascampers.com/inde.....pic=2066.0

Yep, that's a decent one. I put it on my good list when we were there in July.

Justed booked two additional days.  We are now booked from 8/08 to 8/12.  Anybody interested in hanging around a few extra days?  We would enjoy the company.

We will be glad to see you guys again! Be happy that you didn't trek down to French Creek for the RPod gathering. Only 1 camper showed up & this was his first trip with his trailer!

I prefer to camp and fish on Lower Lake.  Nice leisurely canoe paddle across, check on the eagles, slam a bass, see a bear, paddle back. Walk back to beechwood. Get the truck, head to the lake store for ice cream and bait.  Head back to lower lake, fire up the grill, kick back.  That's camping at Promised Land!

There are plenty of sites still available in the Pickerel Point Loop from Site 100-114.  These are electric sites and pet friendly. These would be a short walk to a brand new bathouse.

Just reserved site 112.  Me, Eilean, some combination of 3 kids and the dog will be there sometime Friday.  Knowing us, probably late in the evening.

I think this was near that "zip line" we talked about last year hitting....

We booked site 114.  Still need to wait for official approval for time off but I'm hoping for the best!  We would arrive Thursday and stay until Sunday.

My goal in life is to be the person my dog thinks I am.
