How about classic American BBQ. We did the fixin bar last year and it was good. I have a 5 burner event grill I can bring. It can cook a lot of burgers at one time, sausage, brats or chicken.

There is a Lake Store (small) at the edge of the state park, a Weis Grocery Store 12 miles away (northeast) and a ShopRite 20 miles south.

I really want to confront my fears and do the Treetops Adventure Course.  They do it in groups.  Is anyone else interested in joining?

Cindy, remember at Killens I said I would do it if I got my arm feeling better. Well...I finally went to the Dr 2 wks ago thinking I had hurt a muscle in my upper arm & I am now in PT for a rotator cuff injury! I'm looking at 4-6 wks of therapy as of now.
If you can't get a group up for this trip, Lums Pond (only 45-60 mins from us) has a Treetops Adventure course that my cousins & I are planning to do. I'll let you know when we plan to go, but it won't be for awhile until I am healed & strengthened again.

Cindy : probably not this time around for us.  Like Suzanne I am recovering from an injury, and have not yet been cleared for that kind of thing.  Will be getting close though.

American BBQ for Potluck at 6pm!  What will you bring?

Mike has generously offered to bring a very large grill, and we'd ask for a few helpers on the grilling end of things please.

Some ideas for food:
bring anything you want but here are a few ideas...
Hamburgers
Hotdogs
Rolls,
Cheese Slices
Ketchup, Mustard, Relish, Mayo
Lettuce, Tomato and Onion

BBQ Chicken?

Macaroni Salad
Potato Salad
Fruit Salad

Corn on the cob?
Salad and dressing
Chips

Also  need a few folding tables, and a few ezups would be great too.

Please Post your contribution, it helps others decide what to bring.

We can bring a few dozen corn. Do you think 4 dozen is enough?

Best Regards,
Norm

My belly is feeling hungry already!!

Mine is growling.  This is my favorite pot luck. For starts, we will bring an assortment of chips, pretzels, dips.  I will add to what else I will be bringing after others post.  Also will add to Friday night snacks as well.
