Re: costumes. Hmm. Disney huh? There's a lot that that covers. What Disney are we talking about? Mickey and Minnie and that bunch? Princes and Princesses? Star Wars? Avengers? There's a wide range. I know I have a Superman T. Also have a Queen of Hearts skirt and crown. And the start of a Minnie Mouse dress and ears.

Superman is DC not Marvel, can't cross universes, it will bring on destruction to the planet.

I think Peggy was Snow White a few years ago. If she still has the costume, Joe could where it. The size should be ok, I understand he has lost weight. My concern is the colors in the costume. The colors looked fabulous on Peggy, but not so sure about Joe. The colors in the Dopey costume would look great on him.
We could each be an emoji, I'm thinking draw emoji on white tshirt. Or walmart did have some.
We did teenage ninja turtles for Halloween at work. Green tshirt, mask, trash can lid for shell? I think the girls here at work actually bought shirts online, but wouldn't have to.
Tourists? Classic hawaiian shirt, big camera, maps, fanny packs.
Dress in 80's style? Neon colors, big hair ladies? Shirt collars up, pants pegged and tucked in socks?
