I usually have my heavy duty 100' extension cord and a power strip with me when camping. I'll make sure they definitely come this time.

Unless I somehow missed it, we're not on the list: bread pudding w/ caramel sauce.

The forcast is not looking all that good for Thursday and Friday, but I am sure we will still have a blast!

DW is getting in the spirit of the event.  She got a purple shirts for her and the boys.  Just as long as there are no purple dinosaurs.  I am so glad we are past that stage.  :anono1:

Hi Everyone,

I just want to thank you all for a superb Purple Pot Luck.  Sure, Phil and I would love to take credit, but the truth is it was all of you and your wonderful food that made the dinner a smashing success!!  And and a chef, I was very much impressed with the food.  Yes, we always have great food, but having a theme seemed to make everyone kick it up a notch!  Phil and I hope that you'll continue this new tradition even when we're not around to organize it!

Thanks again for getting into the spirit and having fun!
