Have one 8 foot folding table with table cloth and an extra table cloth. Have kindling approx 1" diameter stuff cut and dried. Maybe a 2 foot diam bundle, will bring. And a couple pieces of larger stuff, will bring it too. Not enough to go all night, but enough to get it started up. (Will try to send firewood with thingette 1 so you have it for Friday.) Dad will have a ladder golf set for day light use. We have washer toss and bean bag toss if anyone is interested in that(let me know so I pack it. Otherwise it'll stay home)
We can probably use about 6 or 7 tables for food. :chef: Even more table clothes for picnic tables.
We have one of our members to play the guitar around the campfire Saturday night. :guitar: I just haven't asked him yet. ;D
We will have a fire Friday evening for a Meet & Greet if you are able to arrive on time.
We will have a game on Saturday afternoon if interested (more details later), dinner around 5pm and a group campfire from around noon into the evening. I can look into getting a small load of wood delivered if sites want to pitch in $5 each? Let me know.

We have enough to do to make this all happen and the best CC events have a fire that aims to make the ring glow red. Order wood - I will chip way more than $5 in just to not have to load and unload it.

... We were at Cordorus State Park and they sold firewood at the entrance to the campgrounds. Wasn't sure if firewood is sold close to this place. Thoughts?
Not much is available close to this park. We've been there at times when the host was selling firewood, but the last time (beginning of Oct.) there was no host, so no firewood to be had from the park (or the Friends group).

Also, if there is interest, we met a guys at the campground last year that does Pine Grove Iron Works talks or tours at the park? If a few are interested, I will try to set it up.

No pressure there - gets hard to top the Chocolate/Orange Martini's of the last trip. Maybe an idea from this weekend's Halloween cocktail party will inspire me.
