Thanks Steve!!!! I love to cook in the DO finding recipes all the time just not alot of time to try them yet.

I made a jambalaya in the DO out in the back yard recently. Had some leftover smoked pork, smoked salmon and a little chicken. Added that to the usual kielbasi. I had the smoker going the week before so I didn't want to waste anything. There was only enough left over for my lunch one day. Gotta make this one on the next campout for sure.
