Thought I would drop in and introduce myself and DH. We live in Dallas, GA, and have been seriously camping for the last 4 years. We bought a NTU Viking Legend and used it 3 times before realizing it was just a bit beyond our capabilities as retirees, so we found a 2009 TrailManor 2720 and took off!
We camp with our two Norwegian Elkhounds, Tasha and Ivan, and have found the Southeast is very welcoming to all sorts of campers. Besides Georgia, we have camped in Arkansas (my mother's home state), Florida, eastern Alabama on the GA border, and Kentucky so far.
I've got to read up on how to post photos and then will show you some of our little world.

Thanks, Joe. We enjoy our TrailManor tremendously! No canvas but the experience is about the same with towing and much easier set up/take down. Actually, with all these Georgia folks showing up, I'm sure you have been told - since Papa told EVERYONE! 🙂 - that at our GA Fall Rally on 9/7-9, we set up on the wrong site. My DH has stitches in his eye and he was "directing" me and telling me I passed our site, so I backed in and we fully set up. A fellow rallier came by and I went for a walk with her to Papa's site and then saw our actual site! DH wanted to move then as it was a peachy site (I thought I had gotten that one!), so we packed up, picked up, and got everything moved to the right site. It has been a pretty funny story that will take a while to live down. Next time, I will read the signs! 😮
The only thing that didn't make the move was Gumby. He has always been in our NTU TrailManor hanging on the curbside curtain, but he disappeared when we closed up to move! Some of these GA guys were holding him hostage, so they claimed, but Gumby escaped. I got proof from the BOLO I put out on him. I'll have to post his new set up!

But if you told them "there" and now they are "here" even though they were "there" when you told them, doesn't that mean that you told people "here"? hmmmm the puzzles of life. 😮 😮 😮
