we picked it up last weekend, and he saw this contest from Dennis Kirk ( motorcycle gear, parts, etc)
we took this picture, and entered him into it.

I left a comment. I don't know how but PA repealed the helmet law a few years ago. I believe everyone should wear a helmet. The ones that don't should be required to bang their head on the pavement 10 times drawing blood each time. Sounds like you have a smart boy looking for a helmet.
