Plumbing work - Sink tubing replacement

I am thinking about replacing the tubing to the hand pump and also adding an electric pump.  (3-way faucet came with camper [LM55030].)

The inlet from the city connection is through hard plastic tubing (like PEX) with a quasi-compression union at the faucet.

The existing inlet to the hand pump is through soft flexible tubing (PUR/PVC).  There is a (traditional) hose barb integral to the faucet.  There is a second barb integral to the faucet for the addition of the pump.  The existing tubing for the hand pump is susceptible to kinking as the galley is flipped into/out of place.

So...My ultimate question is...
I want to replace the tubing from the hand pump and add a more rigid type of tubing (like PEX) for both the hand pump and adding an electric pump.  How should it be connected to the faucet?  I dont think a hose clamp will hold it well enough since that type of tubing isnt as flexible.  The faucet barbs are plastic so I'm not sure a compression clamp is the right solution.

Looking for thoughts...
