After much planning, I made some bunkend reflectors for our Flagstaff 625D.  These are homemade from Reflectix, but I think they will do the job.  The reflectix is a little thicker and stiffer than the Gizmos, and cannot be closed up in place.  I roll them up and they fit nicely on the fold down couch.  I used three 4" pieces of 2" industrial strength Velcro under the roof on each reflector to hold them in place when setting up.  Once set up, they are pinched by the canvas under the roof.  I think with most PUPs you can get by with one 48" by 50' roll.  You will need to seam it together with Reflectix tape.  The 1/4" Nylon rope is secured with a strip of Reflectix tape.  3/16' Shock Cord was purchased from Ebay for less than $10.  Had clearance problems under the bunks and could not leave a screw sticking out, so I made Paracord loops and stapled them under the bunks.  Cut some short dowels, drilled a hole in them and ran shock cord through and tied a knot.  These go in the loops like toggles.  Hope these deflect some summer sun.  Thanks to Jimmy for the tips.

Nice job. I think I'm going to put the cords on my existing standard PUGS, before we go to the beach, where there is always a stiff breeze.

Sorry, I read this, and visualize those little round reflectors so you wouldn't walk into the end of the pup. My bad. (Okay, so close your eyes and visualize...........thud).

That was actually an item that I had to address also.  The rear bumper is open on both ends and right at my kneecap height.  That took a while to heal.  I cut pieces of pool noodle to put on each side and put those on before I even level the PUP.  Also, the edges on the slideout at the top and the bottom are like razors.  They got split pool noodles also.
