BOOM!!! seems like a gimmick to me BOOM!!!!
I like the idea of being able to deep fry, but when you are done, deep frying, what do you do with the grease in the middle of your BBQ? I like the grilling area but then there is the griddle and warming plate. The griddle would be a waste of space in my mind. I don't use a griddle that often. The warming try is a nice idea but how often is it used?
I will stick with my $30 table top BBQ and my 2 burner stove with a griddle that goes on top. That works for me.
