The only mushrooms I use are "fresh" from the local grocer. DW uses the jarred type in her morning eggs. I'll start checking those, thanks for the tip.
Is there MSG in the fresh ones too?
What the heck are umami?
After I started looking at the labels I was surprised what had MSG. It changed our menu for sure.
After my surgery I ended up very lactose intolerant. Between the two of us it can be a challenge to go out for dinner.
