Being the new kid on the block for a rally, I thought it would be nice to contribute something neat for this gathering. So at the beginning of the month when someone in this forum or another listed a cool place that makes free banners (only have to pay postage) I jumped on it! I designed  a camp Taylor/canvass camper rally banner that we can hang on the circus tent gathering area. It came in the mail today and is really neat. Then on Saturday night we could put all of the campsite numbers in a hat and pick one out like a lottery and one lucky site will get to keep it as a memento of the the trip. Excited to share the banner for the trip, hope everyone likes the design.

I'll be bringing 007 Subs.  Meatball subs.  I'll make it make sense even if I have to force it!  :knuppel2:

Make a sub with 7 meatballs in it, then cut it up in pieces  :chef:

Since we have the kids with us, Eilean wants a souvenir from the wine tasting.  Something of a liquid souvenir, preferably a white souvenir.

Jonathan, lol! you're camping next to me.  It's going to take some work to make yourself look like a fool!!  I'm going to be backing in alone for the first time. (and only my third time backing up) There will be hilarity.

Jonathan, I've arrived at many many rallies with a dozen people at my camp site.  One of them with a cold beer and all of them watching.  Practice... it just takes practice.

Set up the pup last night.  The water still leaks everywhere and the wheel bearings were never repacked like they were supposed to be.  Another "rally project" I guess.  Hopefully I can get the exhaust in the car welded today so we don't bother everyone in Western New Jersey.  I'm excited but we don't even have any of the food yet and we have to go to my mother's this evening so that will lead to a midnight Wal Mart run.  Then I have to shut our office down early tomorrow since my boss had to cancel his vacation last weekend because my car broke then too.  I just don't have the time or the money to get all this done.  It's driving me crazy.

Last rally we went to we had 6 people watching... 4 with beer 2 with cameras... who knew camping was a spectator sport? Can't wait to see y'all! I plan on having a wonderful weekend since I turn 41 on Tuesday... This is my birthday trip. BE PREPARED!

Just a reminder for the Dinner on Saturday is at 6:00PM and you need to provide your plates and untensils.

For Coffee on Saturday and Sunday morning, don't forget a coffee cup.

Hope everyone has a good trip. I really wanted to do this trip with my oldest daughter, but we are all going to NYC to see Sister Act on Broadway. The weather looks perfect this weekend for anythiing anyone chooses to do.

Best Regards,
Norm

The campground was only an hr. or so from NY. Too bad you couldnt make it. Should be a great day in the city though.

There is also a food festiaval going on for like 10 blocks, so I'll be stuffed by the time I leave.

Best Regards,
Norm
