Since i am expected to arrive late on friday. A question came to mind:  do they keep  the cottage door key in the door or do you have to pick up either at ranger station or check    In booth?  Never been here before so alittle concerned. I expect to arrive at dusk or slightly later depending on what time my dw gets done working.    Do u have to call cg to make prior arrangement. How does this usually work?

The campground will unlock the cottage, turn on the heat and leave the keys on the table with a binder.  The binder is not room service, it's just campground policies.  The morning coffee will be at the gathering site C15.

FYI - sunset will be at about 6:15pm that weekend

We will be making homemade Chicken Pot Pie Soup for the potluck.
It will also be our maiden trip with the new camper, should be entertaining.  Hope to be there early before everyone else is watching and laughing from the gathering site next to us.

I think I'm going to book Thursday night so I don't miss Joe's show.  I'll bring my cooler, chair, and tripod to make a video:)

Yes!  And you can use it multiple times for yourself too.  You HAVE to  call to use the coupon AND you HAVE to talk to a resolution specialist in order to get your discount.  Also, They will charge the full amt to credit card, then refund half immediately.  Just how their system works.  So probably need 15 min or maybe a little more till all is said and done.  Also need your friend that your reserving for's address, phone # and email address to complete the ressie.  And you can tell other people about the coupon and just give them the code.  You do not have to surrender the coupon to anyone or turn it in or anything.
