I'll probably get down there around 7pm.    My daughter gets out of school at 310.  Run home, and roll out.

2hrs minimum.  33s.  78w 100s.  412s.  Cow path to 345. Hopewell to park.      First time for me camping at French creek and attending rally.

I will not be de-winterized.
Record lows for March 22 to 28 zip 18302: 2f, -8f, -8f, -10f, 6f, 8f
Averages daily 45/27f.

It's looking like it will be warm enough for me to dewinterize.  Only 1 night next week where it will dip to 29 but it will be 50 during the day so a quick dip overnight won't hurt the plumbing in the RV.

Looks like we will be low on sides.  Mac n cheese sounds great.  I think I will bring cole slaw instead of a veggie tray.  Still will bring the baked ham and rolls.  GOD WE NEED THIS TRIP!

Anyone know if there is still snow at French Creek? By us we still have 18+ inches on the ground...just want to know if we'll have to dig the site out before backing onto it  ;D

I live 20 minutes away and can tell you the snow is melting rapidly around my house......it's a muddy mess right now.  If there is snow on the ground the rangers plow the site out if it is booked.

Thinking back to last year and the stress we had going on with having to relocate it due to the campground being closed.....I'll take a little snow  :camperkid:

Our battery is charging. I went in to the trailer yesterday and was happy to find no leaks from melting ice or snow, no visible mice damage, & pink stuff still in the lines. I wasn't so thrilled about seeing how dirty & disorganized we left it after our MLK wknd. But, I usually use the Spring Opener as my time to leisurely & thoroughly clean & organize the trailer, so it's okay. The outside is filthy, but that will have to wait for warmer temps & more spare time 🙂

Vagov, like you, I have no PA ressies showing either. I saved my confirmations, though. I should call them, but just haven't had the time or desire to sit on the phone too long.
