Not to worry; it certainly wasn't your fault! But I'm going to save the melted pair for the next rally campfire, so I don't have to worry about damaging the replacement! I already booked our spot for the Spring Opening Rally and am really looking forward to it.

My contacts made it out of my eyes. They were do to be replaced with a fresh pair so I threw them out when I removed them.
